Weekday training will be delivered remotely.
Get ready for the spring season with a structured development program for middle school and high school pitchers.
Led by Stan Kowalski and Trey Pooser (St. Louis Cardinals), with additional special guests, this program combines hands-on instruction with remote training and personalized video analysis. Pitchers will work on developing consistent mechanics, improving command, building sound throwing routines, and understanding the mental side of pitching.
Charleston Baseball Academy brings more than 30 years of pitching instruction experience to help players prepare for the demands of the upcoming season.
PERSONALIZED THROWING PLAN & REMOTE COACHING
Each pitcher receives an individualized throwing program built around their development needs and preseason schedule, plus a personal portal for video submissions, analysis, and coaching feedback.
Support continues after the five in-person sessions. Two additional months of remote coaching and throwing-program updates help players prepare for their high school season.
Remote Only Option: $325.00
Not local or unable to attend the Sunday workouts? Prepare for your season through our remote-only pitching program.
Includes an initial video assessment, an individualized throwing program, a personal video portal, and ongoing coaching feedback and program updates throughout the preseason support period.
